This partner portal is a responsive design for a manufacturer who produces mobile devices. The portal is intended for dealers and salespersons to discover more about new devices and programs, and to track their sales and rewards The clickable wireframes are also responsive, so three different sizes will display as the browser window is resized.
A mobile device company's partner portal required analytics for all levels of distributors, from carrier and dealer all the way to sales reps. This prototype is notable for all the variables involved which all affected the display.
This is an internal IT Portal for a Fortune 100 company. One item of note: this company had not been successful with an IT portal before. Employees found it easier to just call technical support. We added a solution difficulty rating based on the international ski symbols of easy, intermediate and expert, which helped the employee identify what was easy to fix instead of calling IT. By being honest in the level and the time it takes to implement the fix, we were building trust with the employees
HomeDepot wanted to inspire customers with project ideas and helpful online tools to help achieve the customer's goals. This fun Pinterest-style display allowed users to filter to find projects in which they were interested and either use the tools or read stories inline or to link to full information. A full demo of this prototype is available in person.
Sitemaps, Workflows and Static Wireframes

This project was the first mobile pizza ordering app. The app took advantage of many of the novel features available from iOS. The final app was featured in apple commercials, won numerous awards, and received a write up in AdWeek.
This project supported users of an FDA regulated weight loss drug and tied in to the existing BSP site. The challenge of the site was to make it fun and compelling despite the FDA regulations that require that any user submitted content be reviewed prior to publishing. The users needed to feel engaged immediately.
This big box retailer needed an interactive catalog for individual stores to make locally-sourced purchases for their inventory.
A national insurance company was considering a new product to help parents help their teen drivers drive safely. This device would be installed in the teen's vehicle and report unsafe driving to parents. The teen's vehicle could also be geofenced to report if the teen was driving in an area the parents had deemed off-limits.
This international corporation wanted to develop a more comprehensive learning portal for their employees. In order to best serve each employee demographic, extensive interviews were conducted to create the personas. These personas then informed the final wireframes for the complex portal.
This antiperspirant brand constantly updated their site seasonally to -ahem- keep things fresh. My concept for this summertime product selector was a selection of activities. The user could select the activity or an image of what they wanted to do and receive a product recommendation. A social component was integrated to amp up the fun quotient so users could see what their peers were planning to do for the summer. It also tied into a search for locations for the specified activity nearby.
This pet food company wanted to provide its customers with a recommendation engine to select the correct food for their pet's needs. Since the programming was being done offshore, comprehensive logic needed to be defined. Working from a huge Excel document, I created this logic flow to visually detail which products to recommend and why.
This art school wanted to engage its future students prior to enrollment. The intention was to allow prospects to connect with each other to build excitement and investment in their schooling. After creating the wireframes, I added a comprehensive business rules document to facilitate the in-house development.

A large motor oil company wanted to identify their market segmentation in order to appeal to underserved potential customers. This project required extensive research and interviews of key stakeholders.
